按具有最佳磁性时纳米晶Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金的晶间非晶相的化学成分制得3种非晶条带,测量其居里温度。结果表明,在纳米晶Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金中,处于高居里温度α-Fe之间的纳米尺寸的晶间非晶相的居里温度高于相同化学成分的非晶合金的居里温度,这可能是由于在纳米晶合金中晶间非晶相受到α相的强的铁磁交换作用引起的。
According to the chemical composition of the intergranular amorphous phase of the nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy with the best magnetic properties, three kinds of amorphous ribbons were prepared and the Curie temperature was measured. The results show that in the nanocrystalline Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy, the Curie temperature of the nanocrystalline amorphous interphase between the high Curie temperature α-Fe is higher than that of the amorphous alloy with the same chemical composition, This may be attributed to the strong ferromagnetic exchange of the α-phase in the intergranular amorphous phase in nanocrystalline alloys.
