读过2008年10月底出台的《国土资源部机关公务员考核办法(试行)》后,颇感到这应是该部学习实践科学发展观试点活动留在机关党员干部心里最重的一份文件。细心阅读其条款,不仅对科学发展观以人为本的核心理念有了更深刻的理解,还觉得令人耳目一新,大有拨动每一个人心弦的功力。它记载着国土资源部党组解放思想,改革创新,着力构建保障和促进科学发展新机制的坚实步伐。
After reading the “Measures for Examination of Civil Servants of the Ministry of Land and Resources (Trial Implementation)” promulgated by the end of October 2008, it is quite felt that this should be the most important document left in the hearts and minds of party members and cadres who have been studying and practicing the scientific development concept. Carefully reading its terms, not only has a deeper understanding of the people-centered core concept of the scientific concept of development, but also finds it refreshing and has greatly motivated everyone’s heart’s skill. It records the steady pace of emancipating the minds of the party and government departments under the Ministry of Land and Resources, reforming and innovating, and building a new mechanism for safeguarding and promoting scientific development.
