随着课程改革的深入,有效教学已经成为广大教师关注的热点。要想让课堂40分钟发挥最大的效益,让每一个学生得到不同程度的发展,课上的每一分钟都显得弥足珍贵,需要教师科学、合理、有效地利用。但是聚焦当下的课堂,无论是公开的观摩课,还是平时的常态课,依然存在一些高耗低效的共性现象。我们只有反思这些现象,挖掘问题根源,寻找解决问题的对策,才能促进学生的发展和自身的专业成长。课堂低效现象
With the deepening of curriculum reform, effective teaching has become the focus of the majority of teachers. In order to maximize the benefits of the classroom for 40 minutes and allow each student to develop in varying degrees, every minute in the class is precious and requires teachers to make scientific, rational and effective use. However, focusing on the current classroom, whether it is open observation class, or usual normal class, there are still some common phenomenon of high consumption and low efficiency. Only by reviewing these phenomena, we can find the root of the problem and find the solution to the problem can we promote the development of our students and our professional growth.
