本文介绍了优化设计脉冲固态源的全过程,阐述了优化设计脉冲固态源的原理和方法,分别从小信号和大信号两方面阐述了设计和分析的过程,并对脉冲固态源输出信号进行了数学分析,把仿真的结果与分析的结果进行对照,从而阐明了包络仿真脉冲固态源的优化设计和仿真中的作用。另外,根据优化设计的结果对振荡器进行了生产和试验,试验结果较好地符合仿真的结果,满足设计的要求,这也表明微波CAD 对微波电路的设计是非常有用的
This paper introduces the whole process of designing a pulsed solid-state source, and expounds the principle and method of optimizing the design of the pulse solid-state source.
