校企合作、工学结合是目前世界各国高职教育改革与发展的方向,本文从阿拉善职业技术学院与中国庆华集团深度合作股份制办学实践经历入手,探讨校企合作可持续发展的机制,积极推进教育教学改革,实现政府教育资源与企业资金和技术的优势互补,推行工学结合的人才培养模式,更好的服务地方经济和社会发展。
The cooperation between school and enterprise and the combination of work and study are the direction of the reform and development of higher vocational education in all countries in the world. This article starts with the practical experience of cooperation between Alashan Vocational and Technical College and China Qinghua Group in deepening cooperation in joint-stock system, discusses the mechanism of sustainable development of school- Promote the reform of education and teaching so as to complement each other with the advantages of government education resources and enterprises’ funds and technology, promote a personnel training model that integrates work and study, and better serve local economy and social development.
