图书馆是地方史料文献收集整理管理的重要部门。随着经济的发展,文化建设的加强,无论政府机关、社会团体、个人使用运用地方史料的需求将越来越大。通过建立完善的地方史料管理,使其发挥应有的作用,在建设和追求中国梦中,非常重要。目前,地方图书馆在对地方史料工作方面,虽然取得了一定的进展,建立专门的收藏保管式,但从收集整理方面来看,存在着不足,有需要改进提升的地方。本文就从提高认识、加大投入、用好人才及完善地方史料管理制度入手,探求完善图书馆地方史料管理途径。
Library is an important department for the collection and management of local historical documents. With the development of economy and the enhancement of cultural construction, there will be an ever-increasing demand for the use of local historical materials by government agencies, social organizations and individuals. It is very important to establish and perfect the management of local historical materials so as to play its due role in building and pursuing the Chinese dream. At present, local libraries have made some progress in the work of local historical materials and set up special collections and storage systems. However, in terms of collection and consolidation, local libraries have some shortcomings and areas in need of improvement and improvement. This article starts from improving understanding, increasing investment, using talents well and perfecting the management system of local historical materials to explore ways to improve the management of local historical materials in libraries.
