本文介绍了多件联动单点夹紧机构在镗床加工中心的应用,联动单点夹紧机构是在一个夹紧动作中,对多个加工件进行同时装卡压紧。由于是同时对多个工件夹紧,这样作用在每个工件上的夹紧力F只能一个,为此会造成压紧于工件上的力F与工件所受的多个支承力不在同一直线上,因此该夹紧方式一般运用在刚性比较好的工件加工中。该项夹紧技术运用可以缩短加工中的辅助时间,提高了生产效率及机床利用率。
This article introduces the application of multi-linkage single-point clamping mechanism in boring machine machining center.
