张××男36岁住院号8401027。在田间喷有机磷4049农药6小时后,恶心,全身不适,胸闷,多汗。诊断为有机磷中毒。给予补液、阿托品及对症处理后症状减轻,但双眼视物模糊,两瞳孔中度散大。考虑是阿托品所致,停用阿托品观察。次日晨,患者头痛,眼痛,在眼球转动时疼痛加重,视力光感。病后第三天送我院治疗。两眼球压迫时疼痛,右眼瞳孔正常,左眼瞳孔中等散大、光反应迟钝。两眼底正常。给予地塞米松
