目的加强医院抗菌药物合理应用的监测与控制。方法运用网络技术及大型数据库强大的数据存储运算处理能力实现抗菌药物合理应用监控的自动化评价与分析。结果解决了医院抗菌药物统计中数据的复杂逻辑关系问题,促进了医院抗菌药物的有效管理,基本上实现了全院范围内的抗菌药物合理应用。结论网络技术的应用大大提高了专职人员的工作效率,提高了监控管理水平,实现了医院抗菌药物合理应用监控科学化、标准化、系统化的管理。
Objective To strengthen the monitoring and control of rational use of antimicrobial agents in hospitals. Methods The automated evaluation and analysis of rational application of antimicrobial agents was realized by using the network technology and the powerful data storage computing power of large databases. Results The hospital solved the problem of complicated logical relationship of antimicrobial statistic data, promoted the effective management of antimicrobial drugs in hospitals, and basically realized the rational application of antimicrobial drugs in the hospital. Conclusion The application of network technology has greatly improved the work efficiency of full-time staff, raised the level of monitoring and management, and realized the scientific, standardized and systematic management of rational application of antimicrobial drugs in hospitals.
