蛋白类药物是现代生物工程迅速发展的产物,有药效高、见效快、用量少等特点,也有来源稀少、价格昂贵等限制。蛋白类药物在存储和使用过程中的吸附损失不仅造成了医疗资源的浪费,还给蛋白类药物的用药安全性带来挑战。本文将细胞膜仿生技术用于表面修饰,通过基材表面磷酸胆碱单分子层的包覆,赋予表面非特异性阻抗蛋白质吸附的能力,从而为解决蛋白类药物在容器壁上吸附而损失的问题提供新方法,减少由此带来的药物浓度波动,大大减少医疗开支,增加用药安全性。
