近些年来,随着国内水稻生产的迅速发展,目前已出现稻米产多质次的局面。为此,发展优质米的问题,已日趋引起社会的普遍关注,有关水稻品质的研究及综述也开始日益增多。但是,国内外对米质诸性状进行相关性的研究尚不多见,又多为个别性的研究报道。为此,本文运用湖南农学院向远鸿等的《糯稻品质的初步研究》所提供的珍贵资料,进行糯稻品质相关性的初步剖析,以期为糯稻品质育种提供参考。
In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic rice production, there have been many qualitative and quantitative times of rice production. Therefore, the issue of developing high-quality rice has drawn increasing public concern over the world. Research and reviews on the quality of rice have also started to increase. However, the researches on the relativity between various kinds of traits at home and abroad are still rare, and they are mostly individual research reports. Therefore, this paper uses the valuable information provided by Hunan Agricultural College to Xiang Yuhong et al., “A Preliminary Study on the Quality of Glutinous Rice” to conduct a preliminary analysis on the quality of glutinous rice, in order to provide a reference for the quality breeding of glutinous rice.
