平均寻道时间(AverageSeek Time):是指磁头从得到指令到寻找到数据所在磁道的时间,它描述硬盘读取数据的能力,以毫秒为单位。平均延迟时间(Average Latency Time):是指相应磁道旋转到磁头下的时间。平均访问时间(Average Access Time):是平均寻道时间与平均延迟时间的总和,平均访问时间最能够代表硬盘找到某一数据所用的时间。平均访问时间越短越好,当硬盘找到某数据后,要求迅速将数据内容传送至CPU进行处理。我们用数据传输率(Data Transfer Rate)来描述此过程的快慢,单位为MB/s或(兆字节每秒),它也被称为吞吐率(Throughput Rate)。数据传输率:分为外部传输率(External TransferRate)和
