Under the condition of further development of the new curriculum reform, all schools have made corresponding measures on the ideological and political education and student management methods, which has made school education develop rapidly. However, there are still some problems in current school education in regard to ideological and political education and student management in some schools and colleges. In this paper, the current schools and colleges on the ideological and political education and school management of students to do an effective method of analysis, I hope to solve the relevant questions
