今年以来上海市化学工业局大力发展第三产业工作已取得实质性的进展。1993年是近几年来“三产”企业创办最多、发展最快的一年。截至8月底,经局批准的“三产”企业已近500户,其中正式开业经营的达392户,比去年年末户数增加59％。从事三产的人员已占全局职工人数的10.5％,达14900余人。其中由原主办单位成建制转移而组建的独立核算、自负盈亏的企业共57户,从业人员3200余人,占全局从事三产人
Since the beginning of this year, the Shanghai Chemical Industry Bureau has made substantial progress in vigorously developing the tertiary industry. In 1993, it was the year that the “three production” enterprises were founded and developed the fastest. As of the end of August, the “three production” enterprises approved by the Bureau had nearly 500 households, of which 392 were officially opened, up 59% from the end of last year. The number of workers engaged in tertiary production has accounted for 10.5% of the total number of employees, reaching more than 14,900 people. Among them, there are 57 independent accounting and self-financing companies established through the transformation of the original organizer into a constitutional system. There are more than 3200 employees in the company, accounting for the total number of people engaged in tertiary production.
