With the implementation of the three strategies of “promoting education through science and education, internationalization of economy and common development of regional economy”, Jiangsu has put forward high-level requirements on the specifications and qualifications of professional and technical personnel. Choosing some of the secondary vocational schools for higher vocational and technical education to select some secondary vocational schools is an initiative to adapt to the adjustment of Jiangsu’s economic structure, changing the mode of production and economic growth, and comprehensively enhancing its comprehensive competitiveness in order to achieve a sustainable development strategy.
