目的:建立用HPLC法测定红曲中莫拉可林K含量的方法。方法:样品经过处理后,用甲醇、水洗脱,用带有紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪测定。采用ODS C18分离;流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(77+23+0.025);流量1.00 ml/min;检测波长238 nm。结果:该方法检出限为5.3 ng,相对标准偏差为3.29%,回收率为93.8%~98.8%。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,有良好的稳定性和重现性,适用红曲中莫拉可林K含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of moraokolin K in red yeast rice. Method: Samples were processed and eluted with methanol and water and measured by high performance liquid chromatography with a UV detector. ODS C18 was used for separation. The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid (77 + 23 + 0.025). The flow rate was 1.00 ml / min. The detection wavelength was 238 nm. Results: The detection limit was 5.3 ng, the relative standard deviation was 3.29% and the recovery was 93.8% -98.8%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and has good stability and reproducibility. It is suitable for the determination of the content of Moracetin in Monascus.
