一、概述曲靖地区小麦播种面积120余万亩, 占粮食作物面积的15.5%,年产小麦2.46亿斤,占粮食总产量的7.1%,亩产200斤上下,很不稳定。造成小麦产量低而不稳的因素较多,小麦冷冻害确系主要原因之一。北部几县小麦冷冻害更为突出,经常造成小麦大减产,甚至颗粒无收。低温对小麦造成的危害分为两类;一类为冻害(freezing injury),一类为冷害(chilling injury)。曲靖地区小麦生育季节中,冻害和霜冻(frost damage)为混合发生,本文将霜冻归入冻害一类。将冻害和冷害合称为小麦冷冻害。解放以来,我国北方冬麦区对小麦冻害
