电力企业是国民经济的基础行业,提供的服务直接关系到各行业的正常运行,因此,对电力企业人力资源管理进行研究对于推动电力企业改革发展具有重要的实际意义。基于此,本文研究了我国电力企业人力资源管理存在的主要问题,针对这些问题为加强我国电力企业人力资源管理提出了几点对策,以期能为我国电力企业人力资源管理的完善提供一定借鉴价值。
Power enterprises are the basic industries of the national economy. The services they provide are directly related to the normal operation of various industries. Therefore, studying the human resources management of power enterprises is of great practical significance for promoting the reform and development of power enterprises. Based on this, this paper studies the main problems existing in human resource management of power enterprises in our country and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the human resources management in China’s power enterprises according to these problems, with a view to providing some reference value for the improvement of human resource management in China’s power enterprises.
