目的:观察中西医结合治疗抗精子抗体(AsAb)不孕症临床疗效。方法:将56例患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组28例服用自拟方消抗转阴汤配合西药强的松,对照组28例单纯服用西药强的松,两组治疗期间均采用避孕套避孕。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,妊娠率、AsAb转阴率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组与对照组比较,平均治疗疗程明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗AsAb不孕症疗效优于单纯西药治疗,并可明显缩短治疗疗程。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infertility with antisperm antibody (AsAb). Methods: 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups, of which 28 patients in the treatment group took Fangqizhixin Decoction combined with prednisone, while 28 patients in the control group took prednisone alone. Both groups used contraception Set of contraception. Results: Compared with the control group, the pregnancy rate and AsAb negative rate were significantly different (P <0.01). The mean duration of treatment was significantly shorter in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative treatment of AsAb infertility treatment is superior to Western medicine alone, and can significantly shorten the course of treatment.
