正常大鼠小肠的消化间期综合肌电(MMC)由四个时相组成:1时相指重迭在快波上的慢波数在0~5%(发生率),Ⅱ、Ⅳ时相指重达快波的慢波数在5.1~95%,Ⅲ时相指重迭快波的慢波数在95.1~100%。四个时相持续时间分别为3.0~4.0、3.0~6.0、2.5~1.0、0.5~1.0min,MMC周期为10~15min。脾虚大鼠小肠MMC的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ时相持续时间缩短或消失,Ⅱ时相及周期明显延长,表明小肠运动功能发生紊乱。加味四君子汤能使脾虚大鼠的MMC各时相及周期恢复正常,具有调节小肠运动功能紊乱的作用。
The complex intermuscular electromyography (MMC) of the small intestine of the normal rat consists of four phases: the slow wave number of the phase finger that overlaps the fast wave is 0 to 5% (incidence), and the phase II and IV phases refer to The number of slow waves that weighed fast waves is 5.1 to 95%. Modified Sijunzi Decoction can restore the normal phase and cycle of MMC in spleen-deficient rats, and it can regulate the dysfunction of small intestine.
