建立一支适宜的社区卫生保健人力队伍是发展社区卫生保健最关键的因素之一。建国40多年来,在发展城市三级医疗网络的同时,形成了一支基层医疗预防保健队伍,为城市基层卫生保健的发展,满足城市居民的基层预防保健需求做出了贡献。随着社区卫生保健的深入发展,这支基本上由原来基层预防保健人员转变而来的卫生人力队伍能否适应不断深人发展的社区卫生保健工作,目前还没有做过深入研究。为此,我们选择了不同类型、并已初见成效的四个社区卫生保健模式,对其卫生人力进行分析,为制定社区卫生保健卫生人力政
Establishing a suitable community health care workforce is one of the most critical factors in the development of community health care. In the 40 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, while developing a three-tiered urban medical network, a grass-roots medical preventive health care team has formed, contributing to the development of basic health care in the city and meeting the needs of urban residents for primary prevention and health care. With the in-depth development of community health care, whether the health workforce, which is basically transformed from the grassroots prevention and health personnel, can adapt to the community health care work that has been deepened and developed, and has not been thoroughly studied. To this end, we have selected four types of community health care models of different types and have achieved initial success. We have analyzed the health workforce for the development of community health and human resources management
