对生后30d雌性小鼠进行双侧卵巢自体皮下移植,研究移植物的生长发育和分泌功能。取移植卵巢进行HE染色观察。卵巢外包较厚的结缔组织膜。卵泡坏死始于移植后第2d,血细胞进入坏死腔内;第4d皮质浅层见大量原始卵泡和少量窦前卵泡;第7d卵巢生发上皮明显,皮质中见少量窦状卵泡、囊状卵泡和间质腺;第14~21d坏死灶基本消失,并可见黄体样结构;第28~72d卵巢中充满正在生长的各期卵泡和黄体,可见间质腺。动情周期于移植后(7.9±1.7)d恢复。实验显示自体双侧异位移植卵巢能够存活、发育,并分泌性激素,维持性周期。
On the 30th day after birth, female mice were transplanted subcutaneously with ovaries to study the growth and secretion of the grafts. Take the ovaries for HE staining. Ovaries outsource thicker connective tissue membranes. Follicular necrosis began 2d after transplantation, blood cells into the necrotic cavity; 4d cortical shallow see a large number of primordial follicles and a small amount of preantral follicles; 7d ovarian germinal epithelium was obvious, a small amount of cortical sinusoidal follicles, cystic follicles and between Gonads; the necrotic lesions disappeared on the 14th to the 21th day, and the structure of corpus luteum was seen. On the 28th to the 72nd day, the ovaries were full of the growing follicles and corpus luteum, showing the interstitial glands. Estrous cycle after transplantation (7.9 ± 1.7) d recovery. Experiments show that autologous bilateral allogeneic ovary can survive, develop, and secrete hormones, maintaining the cycle.
