教育部副部长王湛在2002年全国职成教工作会议上发表了重要讲话。他首先回顾了2001年职业教育与成人教育工作。他指出:在各级党委、政府的关心与重视下,经过职成教战线同志们的共同努力,我们较好地完成了2001年的工作任务,职成教事业在调整改革中有了新进展。主要表现在:中等职业学校招生制度改革进一步深化,招生规模趋于稳定;中等职业学校布局结构和专业结构调整取得新进展,职业学校教育质量和办学效益进一步提高;职业教育体系
Wang Zhan, Vice Minister of Education, delivered an important speech at the National Vocational Education Conference in 2002. He first reviewed the 2001 vocational education and adult education. He pointed out: With the care and attention of party committees and governments at all levels and through the joint efforts of the comrades serving in the civil service, we have satisfactorily completed the tasks for 2001 and the new progress made in the restructuring and reform of post-type education.
