为了提高大学生的综合素质,促进校园精神文明建设,提高教学效率,大学体育教师就应当首先掌握大学体育和大学生人文素养的关系,在此基础上进行教学。大学体育包含体育竞技、体育知识、体育运动、体育锻炼等各种丰富的活动内容,这些活动不仅能传播健康向上的生活理念,营造积极活泼的文化氛围,还能培养学生的挑战精神、创新精神、合作精神和公平竞争精神,从而提高大学生人文素养。
