对现有的加工钢球用的铸铁板进行化学成份和金相组织分析表明,普通铸铁板与光球用的合金铸铁板有相似之处,含有Si、Mn、Cu等合金元素。本文介绍使用光球板的淬火工艺对普通铸铁板进行淬火,淬火后平均硬度为RC51,金相组织为针状马氏体(基体)+碳化物+石墨。生产试验表明,铸铁板淬硬以后一次加工使用寿命比未淬火者可提高四倍以上。附图3幅,表2个。
The chemical composition and the microstructure analysis of the existing cast iron plate for processing steel balls show that the common cast iron plate has the similarities with the alloy cast iron plate for the photosphere and contains alloying elements such as Si, Mn and Cu. This article describes the use of optical ball plate quenching process for ordinary cast iron quenching, after quenching the average hardness of RC51, microstructure of acicular martensite (matrix) + carbide + graphite. Production tests show that the quenching of cast iron after a processing life than quenching can improve more than four times. Figure 3 Figure, Table 2.
