杨震,原名杨焕楣,1921年出生在广东省大埔县百侯镇。1935年于百侯中学初中毕业,后赴上海大同中学求学。1937年,抗日战争全面爆发,杨震奔赴革命圣地延安,并于1938年2月加入中国共产党,在革命战争年代心系家国安危,跟着军队转战南北,完成组织上交代的任务。新中国成立后,杨震先在东北计划委员会劳动工资处任副处长,后调北京任国家计委劳动工资局副局长。1958年,杨震南下广州市,先后任华南协作区办公厅
Yang Zhen, formerly known as Yang Huanmei, was born in 1921 in Baihou Town, Dapu County, Guangdong Province. 1935 graduated from Baise Middle School junior high school, went to Shanghai Datong secondary school. In 1937, when the Anti-Japanese War broke out, Yang Zhen went to Yan’an, the revolutionary shrine, and joined the Communist Party of China in February 1938. He followed the army toward the north and south in the revolutionary war era and completed the task entrusted to them by the organization. After the founding of New China, Yang Zhenxian served as deputy director of the Labor and Wages Department of the Northeast Planning Commission and later transferred Beijing as deputy director of the Labor and Wage Bureau of the State Planning Commission.
