随着经济的持续增长,人类对资源的需求不断提高,国家对地勘经济的投入也在逐年增加。而提高资源勘查程度,使资源有效利用,必须有合理的技术团队做支撑。近年来,地质行业不断扩招,地质人才的队伍迅速发展壮大。创建一个适合人才发展的环境,进一步管理人才、培养人才,使得人尽其才是我们需要认真探讨的问题。本文以宁夏地质矿产勘查开发局为例,对地质人才的管理模式进行分析,对人才的管理经验进行总结。
With the sustained economic growth, human resources demand continues to increase, the state investment in geological exploration economy is also increasing year by year. However, improving the degree of resource exploration and making effective use of resources must be supported by a reasonable technical team. In recent years, the geological industry continues to expand enrollment, the rapid growth of geological talent team. Creating a suitable environment for talent development, further management of personnel, personnel training, making the best is what we need to seriously explore. Taking Ningxia Geological and Mineral Exploration and Development Bureau as an example, this paper analyzes the management mode of geological talents and summarizes the management experience of talents.
