目的建立咳露口服液中黄芩苷含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱:Agilent Eclipse CDB-C18;流动相:甲醇-0.6%磷酸水溶液(43:57);检测波长280nm;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:25℃;进样体积为20μl,外标法计算含量。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.19~0.57μg范围内与色谱峰面积有良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,平均回收率为97.92%,RSD为2.37%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏、准确,可用于控制咳露口服液中黄芩苷的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Clove Oral Liquid. Methods The mobile phase was methanol-0.6% phosphoric acid solution (43:57). The detection wavelength was 280 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. The column temperature was 25 ℃; injection volume of 20μl, external standard method to calculate the content. Results The baicalin injection showed a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.19-0.57 μg (r = 0.9995). The average recovery was 97.92% and the RSD was 2.37% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate and can be used to control baicalin in Clove Oral Liquid.
