在建筑工程施工过程中,施工管理是保证施工质量、工程进度、生产安全与成本控制有效的一项基本手段,是企业实现项目既定目标的条件和基础。鉴于施工管理在建筑工程施工中的重要性,笔者结合自身工作经验简要分析了现阶段建筑工程施工管理工作中的问题,并提出了切实可行、行之有效的优化措施,以提高建筑施工管理水平,打造高品质的建筑工程。
