文献[1]给出了一种无损测定焊接容器残余应力的简便易行方法。但这种方法要求容器上测量点处的残余应力主向与工作应力主向相重合,并且在主应力方向已知时,才能被有效地应用。因此有一定的局限性。而实际上,在应力应变复杂的部位,由于焊接在焊缝及其附近产生的残余应力的方向与由内压产生的工作应力的主向在一般情况下是不重合的,而且应力主向也难以事先判定。为此,本文在文献[1]的基础上给出了这种一般情况下的残余应力的无损电测方法。
Literature [1] gives a simple and easy method for nondestructive measurement of residual stress in welded vessels. However, this method requires that the residual stress at the measurement point on the container should be predominantly coincident with the working stress and should be effectively applied when the principal stress direction is known. So there are some limitations. In fact, the stress-strain in the complex parts, due to welding in the weld and the vicinity of the residual stress generated by the direction of stress generated by the main work stress in general is not coincide, and the main stress is also Difficult to judge in advance. Therefore, based on the literature [1], this paper presents a non-destructive testing method of residual stress in this general situation.
