我国井下和露天矿山穿凿小直径炮孔的潜孔钻机已经得到大量采用,在推广和使用潜孔钻机过程中,钻具寿命短是一个普遍的问题。为了延长冲击器的使用寿命,提高穿孔速度,降低成本,我们研制了J-100型潜孔冲击器,以适用于YQ-100型、CLQ-80型、CZZ-7C0型等潜孔钻机,在井下金属矿,穿凿直径为100～110毫米的炮孔,在露天矿,用于分采和边坡处理以及水电等石方工程中进行穿孔作业。
Down-hole and open-pit mines in our country have been widely adopted for drilling downhole drills with small diameter holes. In the process of popularizing and using down-hole drilling rigs, the short drilling tool life is a common problem. In order to prolong the service life of the impactor, improve the perforation speed and reduce the cost, we have developed the J-100 DTH hammer to suit the downhole drilling rigs such as YQ-100, CLQ-80 and CZZ-7C0 Downhole metal mine, wearing a diameter of 100 to 110 mm drill hole in the open-pit mine, for mining and slope processing and hydropower projects such as stone work perforation operations.
