茶树虽然是常绿作物,但一年四季却经常不断地落叶,在它落叶的过程中,进行着激烈的物质转化和代谢。例如,茶树体内的许多多余的过剩元素(Al、Ca、Mn等)就是通过落叶从树体内排除出去的。氮素在茶树体内具有强烈的再利用能力,在茶树叶子的生长、衰老直至脱落过程中,氮素如何进行代谢、转化,向来是人们所关注的重要问题。为了研究这个问题,我们结合茶树氮肥试验进行观察,同时也用同位素N~(15)进行示踪标记,现将试验结果介绍如下:
Tea is an evergreen crop, but leaves are often decayed all the year round. In its deciduous process, intense material transformation and metabolism are carried out. For example, many extra surplus elements (Al, Ca, Mn, etc.) in tea plants are excluded from the tree by deciduous leaves. Nitrogen has strong reusability in the tea plant. It is an important issue that people pay attention to how nitrogen is metabolized and transformed during the growth and aging of tea leaves until they fall off. In order to study this problem, we combined with the tea plant nitrogen fertilizer test observation, but also with isotope N ~ (15) for tracer labeling, the test results are as follows:
