目的通过观察早产患者胎盘中Survivin及S100A12蛋白在胎盘滋养细胞的表达,探讨Survivin与S100A12因子介导滋养细胞凋亡与早产的关系。方法选择2014年2月至2015年2月在石家庄市第四医院分娩的产妇,采用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)对29例早产和16例正常足月妊娠产妇的胎盘滋养细胞Survivin蛋白及S100A12蛋白表达进行检测和对比研究。结果早产组与足月妊娠组胎盘滋养细胞Survivin表达为2(6.89%)、10(62.50%),S100A12表达为25(86.2%)、9(56.25%),两组中Survivin与S100A12表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两者的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论早产组Survivin表达下降,S100A12表达升高,两者呈负相关,与凋亡及早产有关。
Objective To observe the expression of Survivin and S100A12 in placental trophoblasts in preterm labor, and to explore the relationship between Survivin and S100A12-mediated trophoblast apoptosis and preterm birth. Methods The mothers who gave birth in the Fourth Hospital of Shijiazhuang City from February 2014 to February 2015 were enrolled in this study. Survivin protein and Survivin protein in placental trophocyte from 29 preterm and 16 normal term pregnant women were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method) and S100A12 Protein expression was detected and compared. Results The expression of Survivin in placental trophoblast cells in preterm and term pregnant women was 2 (6.89%), 10 (62.50%), S100A12 was 25 (86.2%), 9 (56.25% Statistical significance (P <0.05), and the two expressions were negatively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of Survivin and S100A12 in premature labor group are both decreased, which are negatively correlated with apoptosis and premature delivery.
