高压旋喷所形成桩体间的搭接部位是成桩中的薄弱环节,提高搭接桩体的成桩质量是保证工程施工质量的重要因素之一。因此分别采取理论和试验相结合的方法来分析桩体搭接处成桩特点及规律。通过数值模拟的方法将在砂质地层中进行的高压旋喷对喷试验进行了模拟分析,得出流向流场分布特点。并通过对土质及砂质地层中桩体间搭接处的开挖心样进行试验分析,得出部分施工参数、喷射地层对桩体搭接处成桩特点的影响规律。最终得出地层中各相的对喷流场规律和桩体搭接处成桩特点规律以及两者间一定的对应关系,这将对进一步在工程施工中保证工程质量起到指导意义。
High-pressure jet spray formed by the lap between the pile is a weak link into the pile to improve the quality of pile is to ensure the construction quality of one of the important factors. Therefore, the methods of combining theory and experiment are respectively adopted to analyze the characteristics and rules of pile forming at pile lap joint. Through the numerical simulation method, the high-pressure rotary jet spray test carried out in the sandy formation is simulated and the flow field distribution characteristics are obtained. Through the experimental analysis of the excavation hearths between the piles in the soil and sandy strata, the influence of some construction parameters and the injection stratum on the piling characteristics of the piles at the lap is obtained. Finally, the law of the jet flow field of each phase in the stratum and the pile-forming characteristics of the pile lap and the corresponding relationship between them are obtained, which will be instructive for further ensuring the project quality in construction.
