作者报告44例慢性苯接触的全血细胞减少症(以下简称全减)患者发生白血病及其死亡率。全组44例,男41例,女3例,年龄15~57岁(平均31岁)。44例均长期接触苯,其中34例为制鞋工人。这些病例接触高浓度苯(150~650PPm)的时间为4个月~15年(平均6.7年)。每日接触苯的时间为15分钟~8小时,其中30例每日接触苯的时间不少于8小时。结果:全减死亡10例,死因系由于感染和出血。6例发生白血病的时间是在出现全减后6个月~6年不等。21例全减死亡病例的平均年龄(36岁)远
The authors report 44 patients with chronic benzene-linked pancytopenia (hereinafter referred to as all-minus) patients with leukemia and its mortality. The whole group of 44 patients, 41 males and 3 females, aged 15 to 57 years (mean, 31 years). 44 cases were long-term exposure to benzene, 34 of them shoe-making workers. These cases were exposed to high concentrations of benzene (150-650 ppm) for a period of 4 months to 15 years (mean 6.7 years). Daily exposure to benzene for 15 minutes to 8 hours, of which 30 cases of benzene daily exposure time of not less than 8 hours.
