目的探讨激光治疗变应性鼻炎的方法和疗效。方法自1996年4月煤炭总医院对266例变应性鼻炎患者,在鼻内镜下采用Nd:YAG激光对鼻丘、下鼻甲前端、中鼻甲前端及鼻中隔黏膜表面行点状照射凝固治疗。结果266例变应性鼻炎患者,显效115例(43.23%),有效113例(42.48%),无效38例(14.29%),总有效率85.71%。结论鼻内镜下Nd:YAG激光治疗变应性鼻炎可在直视下准确定位,视野清楚,操作简单,疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of laser treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods From April 1996 to June 1996, 266 patients with allergic rhinitis in the General Hospital of Coal Mine were treated with Nd: YAG laser under nasal endoscopy for point-like coagulation of nasal and inferior turbinate anterior, middle turbinate and mucosal surface of nasal septum. Results Among 266 patients with allergic rhinitis, 115 (43.23%) were markedly effective, 113 (42.48%) were effective, 38 (14.29%) were ineffective and the total effective rate was 85.71%. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic Nd: YAG laser treatment of allergic rhinitis can be accurately positioned under direct vision, clear vision, simple operation, the effect is satisfactory.
