今年5月,市人大常委会主任杜德印带队到市科学技术研究院开展调研。杜德印主任与参加调研的代表指出,要明确首都科技工作的性质和定位,在为中央在京科研机构、高等院校等开展科学研究做好服务的同时,通过科技创新加快首都经济发展方式转变,促进首都城市转型发展与可持续发展。市政府及市科技研究院等政府所属机构在科技创新发展中应发挥好规划、组织、协调、服务职能。
