研究同捻向结构、无外缠丝、紧密型高强度的3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明:与3+9+15×0.175 W钢丝帘线相比,3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线直径和线密度较小,破断力/线密度大;采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.175W钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体,帘布压延、裁断和成型工艺性能良好,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸变化不大,强度性能和耐久性能提高,质量减小,生产成本降低,经济效益较好。
The application of 3 × 0.24 / 9 × 0.225CCST steel cords with no twisting structure, no external wrapping wire and compact high strength in the whole steel radial truck tire was studied. The results show that the diameter and linear density of 3 × 0.24 / 9 × 0.225CCST steel cords are smaller than that of 3 + 9 + 15 × 0.175 W steel cords, and the breaking force / linear density is large. Using 3 × 0.24 / 9 × The 0.225CCST steel cord replaces the 3 + 9 + 15 × 0.175W steel cord for the whole steel radial truck tire carcass. The cord calendering, cutting and forming process are good.
