江泽民总书记发出“沿海发达地区要率先基本实现农业现代化”的号召以来,理论工作者及各级农业农村工作领导者都倾注精力来研究农业现代化问题。其中争论比较多的是农业现代化的形态以及标准问题。当前,沿海发达地区农业现代化的具体实践渴望得到理论支持。
Since General Secretary Jiang Zemin issued the call that “advanced coastal areas should take the lead in basically realizing agricultural modernization,” theoreticians and leaders of agricultural and rural work at all levels devote themselves to studying agricultural modernization. Which is more controversial is the shape of the agricultural modernization and standard issues. At present, the concrete practice of agricultural modernization in developed coastal areas is eager to obtain theoretical support.
