目的 研究正常儿童中心视野视网膜光敏感度的特点。 方法 用国产QZSⅡ型自动视野计对30例(60只眼)5~9岁正视眼或屈光不正眼(可矫正至正常视力)的儿童进行中心30°、6°视野的测定。 结果 平均光敏感度(m ean sensitivity,MS)不受年龄、性别、眼别及屈光状态的影响。光敏感度(dB值)的分布以正常型为主。依正态分布法确定正常值区间:中心30°MS> 193 dB,中心6°MS> 225 dB。dB值的数量与分布异常未同时出现。 结论 正常儿童的视野分布表现为正常型,视野结果的判定应综合dB值的分布及中心30°、6°MS的大小等方面进行分析。
Objective To study the retinal light sensitivity in normal children’s central field of vision. Methods 30 cases (60 eyes) of 5 ~ 9 years old with or without refractive eye vision (corrected to normal visual acuity) children 30 °, 6 ° central visual field determination with domestic QZS Ⅱ automatic visual field. Results The average light sensitivity (m ean sensitivity, MS) was not affected by age, sex, eye and refractive status. The distribution of light sensitivity (dB value) is normal type. According to the normal distribution method to determine the normal range: the center 30 ° MS> 19 3 dB, the center 6 ° MS> 22 5 dB. The number of dB values and distribution anomalies did not occur at the same time. Conclusion The distribution of visual field in normal children shows normal type. The determination of visual field results should be based on the distribution of dB value and the center 30 ° and 6 ° MS.
