目的:探索HRD1在结肠癌中的表达和评估它与结肠癌患者临床特征的相关性。方法:免疫组织化学方法检测HRD1在90例人结肠癌组织及其相应的癌旁正常组织中的表达,并分析HRD1与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:与正常组织相比,结肠癌组织HRD1的表达显著增加(78.89%,P<0.001);HRD1表达水平与肿瘤入侵深度(P=0.002)、远处转移(P<0.001)、TNM分期(P=0.001)以及肿瘤的病理分级显著相关。结论:HRD1在结肠癌高表达,它与结肠癌患者的临床特点密切相关,它可能作为结肠癌治疗的靶标。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the expression of HRD1 in colon cancer and assess its correlation with the clinical features of patients with colon cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HRD1 in 90 human colon carcinomas and its corresponding normal tissues. The relationship between HRD1 and the clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results: Compared with normal tissues, the expression of HRD1 in colon cancer tissues was significantly increased (78.89%, P <0.001). The expression of HRD1 was significantly correlated with tumor invasion depth (P = 0.002), distant metastasis P = 0.001) and the pathological grade of the tumor was significantly correlated. Conclusion: HRD1 is highly expressed in colon cancer. It is closely related to the clinical features of colon cancer patients. It may serve as a target for the treatment of colon cancer.
