目的研究派立明联合美开朗对青光眼患者眼压的控制作用。方法选择2014年1月至2015年12月在我院接受治疗青光眼患者186例。以数字法随机分为观察组和对照组各93例。对照组患者仅使用美开朗治疗,观察组患者在使用美开朗治疗的基础下加用派立明进行联合治疗。对比两组治疗后眼压变化情况以及治疗后视力变化。结果在治疗后1、3、5 w观察组眼压均显著低于对照组,并且视力上升的比例也更大,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论派立明联合美开朗对实施手术的闭角型青光眼降压效果非常可观,治疗后并发症出现的比例也更小。安全性高,更值得临床推荐应用。
Objective To study the effect of PeiLiMing combined with Melayu on IOP in patients with glaucoma. Methods 186 cases of glaucoma treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected. The digital method was randomly divided into observation group and control group of 93 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with Melatonin only, and patients in the observation group were treated with phenylephrine combined with Melatonin. The changes of intraocular pressure and visual acuity after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The intraocular pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1, 3, and 5 weeks after treatment, and the proportion of visual acuity was also increased. The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusions The combination of PILLIOLI and Mezzolla is effective in reducing the pressure of closed-angle glaucoma undergoing surgery. The incidence of postoperative complications is also smaller. High security, more worthy of clinical recommendation.
