目的 报导以心衰为主要表现的肾动脉狭窄。方法 自 1 991～ 1 997年间 ,在圣乔治医院血压病房 ,9例高血压监测对象 (男 5例 ,女 4例 ) ,平均年龄 6 7± 3岁 ,均有心衰的临床症状和体征并排除冠状动脉病变或心脏瓣膜病的患者。 8例患者行经皮血管成形术 ,1例患者行外科治疗。?
Purpose To report renal artery stenosis with heart failure as its main manifestation. Methods From 1991 to 1997, blood pressure ward of St. George’s Hospital and 9 subjects with hypertension (5 males and 4 females) with an average age of 67 ± 3 years had clinical symptoms and signs of heart failure Exclude patients with coronary artery disease or valvular heart disease. Eight patients underwent percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and one patient underwent surgical treatment. ?
