一、概况用V法生产(即负压造型或称真空密封造型)铁路车辆铸钢件,日本、美国已有应用,并形成相当的生产能力。但在国内用V法来生产机车车辆铸钢件尚属空白,为此,由上海机械制造工艺研究所,铁道部建厂局设计处,铁道部北京二七车辆工厂三个单位组成试验小组,选择了铁路车辆上批量较大的车钩,钧舌,承载鞍等铸钢件进行了工艺试验和研究。实验进行了三十多次的吸膜成型和近二十次的实物浇注试验,取得了可喜的成果。于1980年
