新英语课程标准指出小学英语的首要任务在于:激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯,和形成有效的学习策略,激发自主学习的能力和合作精神。还要求课堂教学应采用互动的课堂模式,提倡开放的学习方式,鼓励学生创造性地运用语言。在实践中进行改革,培养学生学习兴趣,发展自主学习能力,采用多种教学方法,开放式教学,培养学生合作交流能力,采用现代教育手段,激发学生动机,培养创新能力。
The New English Curriculum Standard states that the primary task of primary English is to stimulate and develop students’ interest in learning English, to enable students to build self-confidence, develop good study habits, form effective learning strategies and stimulate self-learning ability and cooperation. It is also required that classroom teaching should adopt an interactive classroom model, promote open learning and encourage students to creatively use the language. Carry out reforms in practice, cultivate students’ interest in learning, develop self-learning ability, adopt a variety of teaching methods, open teaching, cultivate students’ ability of cooperation and exchange, and adopt modern education methods to stimulate students’ motivation and cultivate innovative abilities.
