高等职业技术学院开展单独招生考试改革是我国大力发展高等职业教育,深化高考招生录取制度改革,以及探索多样性选拔机制的重要措施。单独招生作为教育部门授权部分示范高等职业技术学院独立组织考试录取的一种手段,招生在学校考试管理部门指导以及监督之下,自行设定考试方法、考试内容、考试科目、评分标准以及录取原则等等。最近几年,我国单独招生试点城市及院校数量持续增加。然而,选拔方法却始终处于“各自为营”的状态,仍未从理论的高度研究出符合我国基本国情以及高等职业技术学院特点的单独招生模式。
It is an important measure for our country to develop higher vocational education, deepen the reform of college entrance examination admissions system, and explore the mechanism of diversity selection. Admissions alone as part of the education department to authorize the demonstration of independent higher vocational and technical college admission examination as a means of enrollment in the school test management department under the guidance and supervision of their own set of test methods, test content, examination subjects, grading standards and admission principles and many more. In recent years, the number of independent enrollment cities and institutions in our country continued to increase. However, the selection method has always been in a “separate operation” status, but from the theoretical height has not yet been developed in line with China’s basic national conditions and the characteristics of higher vocational and technical colleges of the separate enrollment model.
