实验发现爽咽茶的大剂量（９．０ｇ／ｋｇ）组和小剂量（４．５ｇ／ｋｇ）组对醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加和二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀均具有明显的抑制作用；对小鼠的热板法试验和醋酸所致的扭体反应也具有明显的镇痛作用。体外抑菌试验表明：爽咽茶对金黄色葡萄球菌、卡他球菌等致病菌亦具有一定的抑菌作用。提示爽咽茶治疗咽炎，确实具有抗炎、镇痛抑菌的药效作用
The experiment found that the high-dose (9.0g/kg) and low-dose (4.5g/kg) groups of Shuangyan Tea increased acetic acid-induced abdominal capillary permeability in mice and xylene induced mice. The swelling of the ear was markedly inhibited; the hot plate test of mice and the writhing response caused by acetic acid also had significant analgesic effects. In vitro antibacterial test showed that: Shuangyanhu has certain antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Catarrhiza and other pathogenic bacteria. Tips Shuangyan tea treatment of pharyngitis really does have anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial effects
