模拟经营藏职院明德旅行社是以假设为前提,分析了经营校园明德旅行社存在的问题,并提出了经营校园明德旅行社的途径与思路。其目的是为旅游与文化学院的学生提供实习与实践教学的基地,同时也可获取一些收入,从而为学院的发展提供资金支持。但藏职院明德旅行社的投资,经营中也存在一些问题,如:资金办公场地、出资产权、管理体制以及旅行社运行目的定位不准确等方面有待进一步商榷。因此,采取积极有效的措施,解决问题,是实现明德旅行社目标的根本途径。
Based on the hypothesis, Matilda Travel Service simulated and operated the vocational college, analyzed the problems existed in the operation of the Matilda travel agency on campus, and put forward the ways and thoughts of running the Matilda travel agency on campus. Its purpose is to provide internship and practical teaching bases for students of the College of Tourism and Culture while also earning some income to fund the development of the Institute. However, there are still some problems in the investment and operation of the travel agency Mingde Travel Service in Tibet, such as the capital office space, investment property rights, management system and the inaccurate positioning of the travel agency’s operation purpose. Therefore, to take active and effective measures to solve the problem is to achieve the goal of Matilda travel agencies the fundamental way.
