2010年8月19日-22日,中国企业联合会、中国企业家协会在陕西省西安市召开全国雇主工作会议。总结回顾一年来全国雇主工作开展情况。与会代表对即将下发的《关于进一步加强协调劳动关系三方机制建设的指导意见》、《关于深入推进和谐劳动关系创建活动的指导意见》二个文件进行讨论并提出了建议,与会代表沟通信息,交流经验,增进共识,明确思路,进一步提高了企联系统雇主工作的能力和水平。
From August 19 to August 22, 2010, the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneurs Association held a national employer working conference in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province. Summarize the work done by the nation’s employers over the past year. Participants discussed and put forward proposals on guiding the further development of the tripartite mechanism for coordinating labor relations and the Guiding Opinions on Further Promoting the Establishment of Harmonious Labor Relations. The participants discussed information, Exchange experiences, enhance consensus and clarify ideas, thus further enhancing the ability and level of employer work in enterprises linked to the system.
