各区、县级市人民政府,市府直属各单位,驻穗各有关单位:在市委、市政府的领导下,在广州地区各管理部门、各区、县级市政府和各港口业务单位的共同努力和密切配合下,经过广州港南沙港区一期工程广大建设者两年多的辛勤劳动,广州港南沙港区一期工程已于2004年9月28日顺利建成投产,进入正常运营。为了更好地发扬南沙港区建设的崇高精神,总结经验,进一步提高南沙港区的综合管理和港口服务水平,市政府决定对在南沙港区建成投产工作中作出突出成绩的广州港集团有限公司等28个先进单位和吴裕昆等121名先进个人予以表彰。
